Izzy is a recruitment, client relations, and leadership development professional with experience spanning multiple industries. She began her career as a student recruiter at her alma mater, the University of Toronto, where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in industrial relations and human resources. She then transitioned to the corporate sector, working in operations at N2Growth, an executive search and leadership development firm. After moving from Canada to San Diego in 2022, she served as a business analyst for Jeff Sussman Management, a celebrity comedy management agency. She received her Master of Business Administration from the Rady School of Management at the University of California, San Diego, in June 2024. Izzy is passionate about developing enrollment practices that engage current and future students and strengthen NewSchool’s corporate relationships. She is thrilled to join the enrollment and outreach team at NewSchool and looks forward to helping prospective students take the next steps in their academic and professional careers.
