About

Allen brings almost 20 years of experience working in higher education, mostly in the Registrar’s Office. He began working as an enrollment advisor in 2016 for Ashford University and transferred to the Registrar’s Office in 2007. In 2011, he took on the role of managing the Registrar’s Office for online students at the University of the Rockies and has been the registrar at NewSchool since 2015. He was awarded a Global Product Services Award for Contribution to Student Success in 2017.   

Aubrey serves as a Student Accounts Specialist at NewSchool of Architecture and Design, where she is dedicated to providing support to students as they navigate their way in the world of higher education. 

Aubrey’s love for higher education grew while she attended the University of California, San Diego where she completed her Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology. While at UCSD, she became the social media leader in the Muir College Commuter Committee which furthered her passion for educating and helping others achieve the goals they set out to reach. This leadership roll allowed Aubrey to connect with students both digitally and in person to create strong bonds with students who needed a community. Prior to joining NewSchool, Aubrey worked in veterinary medicine for several years and in sales for nearly a decade. This combination of experience allows Aubrey to establish strong connections with others by being a kind and thoughtful voice that people feel comfortable turning to. She is passionate about guiding students to reach their full potential by giving them the tools they need in order to be successful.
