NewSchool Construction Management faculty member Dr. Charner Rodgers has received an Outstanding Junior Educator Award from the Student Chapters program of The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). She was recently presented with her award during a ceremony held at the 2015 NAHB International Builders’ Show in Las Vegas.

According to NAHB, “this prestigious award recognizes and encourages high quality standards in teaching construction education. Educators are recognized for their voluntary extracurricular activities, including those with construction industry organizations, as well as their construction experience and professional initiatives.”

Dr. Rodgers has taught in NewSchool’s Master of Construction Management program since 2010 and currently teaches three Construction Management courses. Congratulations to her for this noteworthy teaching honor!
