Thank you for your interest in student housing at LIT Cortez Hill Apartments! As a courtesy to NewSchool students, we have partnered with San Diego Student Housing (SDSH) to provide you another housing option. Please complete the housing application process directly with San Diego Student Housing.

  1. Fill out the San Diego Student Housing interest form to learn more about the available housing options
  2. Wait to hear back from SDSH
  3. Review and approve your Housing Proposal
  4. Follow the SDSH procedures for deposit and rental application forms to secure your housing
  5. Receive your SDSH Approval of Housing Arrangements and pay the security deposit (one month rent)
