Water Purification Park
Adjacent to the Kendall Frost Marsh Preserve in San Diego’s Mission Bay, the Water Purification Park serves as a public park with a wetlands research center and natural water purification system. Our main focus was to preserve and restore the remaining salt marsh by cleaning water runoff that is contaminating Mission Bay. Working alongside professionals in the field, we came up with a functional yet eloquent water purification system that blends with the research facility and overall experience. By doing so, we found a great opportunity to further educate and inspire visitors to learn about the environment and its importance.
