Women of Design Club brings the women of NewSchool together to form a bond among design fields and engage with the community through design projects, volunteerism, and networking. The Women of Design Club fosters a comfortable environment to learn skills and provides opportunities to interact with local women designers.
Women of Design unites the women of NewSchool through support, encouragement and community involvement. The club works within the professional community to develop opportunities to engage in socially responsible leadership roles. Women of Design Club enhances members’ understandings of the architectural, construction and design community and exposes students to real-world experience. The club promotes the development of cross-disciplinary ties amongst the architecture, construction and design communities.
