Understanding and accepting the values, attitudes and behaviors of people from various cultures will provide clearer communication, build trust, and strengthen relationships of friends and classmates. To raise individual awareness of cultural differences and the advantages of a diverse environment, this workshop is designed to engage participants in understanding differences in cultural diversity and to value diversity as a source of community strength.
