Undergraduate Programs

Whether you’re honing in on a career as an architect or designer, pursuing a profession in digital media, or seeking academic background and credentials for construction management, your NewSchool of Architecture and Design undergraduate degree will help you fulfill your aspirations.

About NSAD’s Undergraduate Degree Programs

You have four opportunities to start your undergraduate program throughout the year: fall, winter, spring, and summer.
All programs include coursework in communication, humanities, logical reasoning, and social science. Lower-division courses typically are offered in the first two years.
All programs, except for the Bachelor of Arts in Architecture, require students to select an area of concentration by the end of their second year.
You may be able to transfer courses from other educational institutions to satisfy all or part of NSAD’s general education requirements as well as lower-division required professional courses. This will be determined during your initial student interview. NSAD has articulation agreements with many area colleges.
