NABA has a partnership with the NewSchool of Architecture & Design, a globally recognized American university known for it’s career-focused Design and Digital Arts programs. NewSchool is located in San Diego, California, a city at the forefront of game-changing creativity and technology. Our Design and Digital Arts programs were developed in collaboration with two award-winning design schools: Media Design School in Auckland, New Zealand and Domus Academy in Milan, Italy.
How do I apply?

Who is eligible to study at NewSchool for a semester?
Second year NABA students studying Design, Graphic Design & Art Direction, or Media Design and Multimedia Arts can spend their second semester (March - June) studying at NewSchool as part of their regular curriculum. The 2-week Summer courses are open to all interested NABA students.

What are the housing options?
NewSchool can assist students in finding affordable housing near the school. The most popular option for international students is to stay at a local hostel within walking distance of campus.
