Dia Hunter is a dynamic leader and motivator. He has worked closely with leaders of fortune 100 companies as well as global leaders in the area of entrepreneurship and education. Dia Hunter teaches Leadership Challenges in Construction Management and Emerging Trends in Project Management at New School of Architecture and Design. Dia Hunter was also instrumental in developing cutting edge curriculum proposals for K-‐12 education.
Dia Hunter developed online courses for Laureate Education and holds degrees in Business Administration (Clark Atlanta University), Building Construction and Facility Management (Georgia Institute of Technology) and Education (Georgia State University). Dia Hunter is a Toastmaster leader serving in a variety of leadership capacities within the international organization.
Dia Hunter has taught the following courses at Westwood College in Atlanta, Georgia: Construction Safety, Introduction to Business, Building Codes & Inspection, and Introduction to Construction Management. Dia Hunter also lectured in the following courses: Construction Graphics, Ethical & Critical Thinking, Humanities, International Business, Purchasing & Supply Chain Management, College Writing I & II, Management Seminar, and Business Ethics. Dia Hunter’s research interests include leadership, project management, organizational behavior, and educational pedagogy and assessment.
