Research Interests: Worked and collaborated with distinguished Architects such as Carrier Johnson, Graham Downes and Luce et Studio, among others. In 2008, he founded Taller Emergente Design Studio, an Architecture practice dedicated to innovation and design through collaborative efforts and a medium for development and exploration.

Education: Victor is a San Diego based Architect and Educator. Educated both in Chile and the United States, he obtained his Master’s Degree in Architecture with honors and Bachelor of Science in Architecture with honors from Lawrence Technological University in Southfield, MI in addition to 3 years of Architectural studies in Universidad Central de Chile and an academic recognition that includes publications and exhibits.

Honorary Degrees/Awards/Memberships: He holds a License to practice Architecture in the State of California and is Certified by the National Council of Architects Registration Board (NCARB).

Teaching Philosophy: Architecture is a critical discussion on the way we live, on our experience as a society and on how the built environment affects and influences our state of being.

Additional Information: He holds a teaching position for a 3rd Year Architecure Design Studio at the Newschool of Architecture and Design in Downtown, San Diego.
